Captain Rodney’s Pirate’s Wrap
1 lb deli ham - thinly sliced or shaved
2 packages flour tortillas
1 package shredded lettuce
1 small package shredded cheddar cheese
Captain Rodney’s Glaze any flavor
Lay one tortilla flat and cover with 1-2 layers of ham or turkey Layer cheese over ham Drizzle Captain Rodney’s Glaze over all Layer lettuce Roll tortilla contents tightly and secure with toothpicks Slice into single servings
 
Captain Rodney’s Lime Ginger Mustard Spread
1/2 cup mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Captain Rodney’s Lime Ginger Glaze
Blend and use as a sandwich spread.
 
Mango Madness Sandwich Spread

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Captain Rodney’s Mango Pepper Jelly
2 tablespoons spicy mustard
Captain Rodney’s Mango Fire to taste
Blend and use as a sandwich spread.
 
All Beef Hot Dog - from Mary Green in Bloomington
Bun
Butter 1 tb
Strawberry Jam 2 tb
Swiss Cheese

Melt the butter in a flat-bottomed pan over medium-high heat. Slice the hot dog length-wise about 3/4 of the way through; place onto the pan with the cut-side down along with the hot dog bun. Cook both until golden brown; flip and cook the other side until golden brown. Remove the bun from the pan and spread the strawberry jam over the inside of the bun; set aside. Meanwhile, top the hot dog with the slice of Swiss cheese. Place a lid over the hot dog and continue cooking until the cheese has melted, about 1 minute. Place the hot dog in the bun to serve.
