Captain Rodney's Salsa - any flavor
Grated cheese-your choice
1 egg per soufflé
1/3 cup milk per soufflé
individual soufflé dishes
Spray soufflé dishes with nonstick spray. Cover bottom of dish with salsa. Put rounded tablespoon of grated cheese on top of salsa. (Dish should be about 3/4 full now) Beat egg and milk together and pour into dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
