Spirit95 wants everyone to have the opportunity to be a winner. In order for everyone to enjoy our contests, we have a few general rules so that more and more people can be winners!

1. All contest winners must be at least 18 years of age, unless otherwise noted.
2. Only one winner per household every 60 days.
3. Employees of Brown County Broadcasters and Mid-America Radio Group are ineligible.
4. Employees of participating contest sponsors also ineligible.
5. Spirit 95 reserves the right to disqualify contest winners who do not meet these eligibility requirements.
6. All winners have 2 weeks to claim their prizes at the Spirit 95 studios at 4317 E. 3rd Street in
Bloomington - Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00pm
7. After 2 weeks, al unclaimed prizes become the property of Spirit 95 and can be used in future giveaways.
8. All decisions are final.
